Clear expectations make quality easier to manage
Start with the agreed service scope, property-specific priorities, and one point of contact. Discuss how the work and service reports will be reviewed during onboarding.
Discuss these expectations before service starts:
1. Define the Work and Expectations
Agree on the areas, tasks, service frequency and access requirements for your property. A clear checklist makes it easier to review whether the agreed work has been completed.
Attendance and time records can support oversight, but time on site alone does not establish cleaning quality. The result must be reviewed against the scope.
2. Review Results and Address Concerns
Discuss how work will be reviewed against the agreed tasks and priorities. Confirm any checklist, inspection, reporting, and follow-up expectations in the service plan rather than assuming a standard frequency or guarantee.
Keep communication straightforward
Use your point of contact to raise a concern, discuss a change, or request additional work. Keep the agreed scope and service reports as the reference for those conversations.
Review changing needs
Buildings change with occupancy, seasons, and use. When priorities shift, discuss the scope and schedule so adjustments can be agreed upon.
